Great customer service

The pillow quality is good but it just didnโ€™t quite work for me so I've returned it. But Iโ€™ve never had such a smooth refund process before. I emailed about returning it and got a fast reply. Refund came through very fast no back and forth. Great customer service!

No more stiff neck
